‘Kumpir’ is a Turkish street food delicacy that is loved and cherished among locals for many years with ingredients that vary widely according to taste.

Kumpir is a unique interpretation of the worldwide-popular baked potato where a giant oven-baked potato is split-cut in the center, and the soft potato inside is mixed and churned with butter, salt, and cheese.
